It’s been a while now since Red Deer had a Wedding show, right? Well September 25th, 2022, we had our first edition of the Central Alberta Wedding Expo with much success, we had 20+ vendors and greeted 90+ brides to our show!

Therefore, you are invited to be a business participant of Central Alberta’s Wedding Expo being held at the Harvest Centre in Red Deer on Sunday October 1st , 2023.

Our Marketing efforts will include and are not limited to social media, radio, printed and online magazines, web banners and different partnerships with media sponsors to attract our future couples to be!

The Expo will feature prizes, food tasting, and more!

Fashion Show Sponsor

Fashion Show Sponsor – $3,000

Sponsor to provide $3,000 in cash sponsorship to the Wedding & Event Shop, Sponsor will receive the following:

  • Signage displayed throughout the fashion Show room
  • Complimentary 10×10 booth space, which includes 1 8ft skirted table and 1 power outlet
  • Additional advertising space throughout Central Alberta
  • Screen advertisement prior to the fashion shows (as long as provided by contributor by September 15, 2018, in DVD format)
  • Listing on website as sponsor
  • Complimentary 40sec infomercial production valued at $750.00 that you can use without restriction.
  • Permitted to hand out pamphlets and promotional information in Fashion Show room prior to each fashion show
  • 4 complimentary guest passes to the show
Honeymoon Sponsor

Honeymoon Sponsor—minimum value of $2,000.00

Sponsor to provide a honeymoon package valued at minimum $1,000 to be drawn at the Central Alberta Wedding Expo The trip must be a complete package with airfare and hotel and will be drawn as its own prize at the show. Sponsor will receive the following:

  • Tabletop signage displayed in door prize booth
  • Complimentary booth space which includes a 10 x 10ft draped space, 1 8ft table and 1 power outlet
  • Additional advertising space throughout central Alberta
  • Signage on poster (if confirmed prior to May 1st, 2022)
  • Screen advertisement prior to the fashion shows (if provided by contributor by September 1st, 2022, in DVD format)
  • Prize to be drawn at the show and winning bride to be in attendance to collect prize
  • 2 complimentary guest passes to the show
On-Air Media Sponsor

On Air Prize Contribution- $1,000 plus GST (minimum value and limited opportunities available)

Sponsor to provide a prize valued at a minimum $1,000 to the Wedding & Event Shop, Sponsor will receive the following:

  • On air recognition throughout promotion with numerous daily names mentions
  • Advertising on the sponsor power point to be played throughout the show
  • Prize to be drawn in an elimination event at the show as part of the Big Wedding Package
  • Prize to be drawn as it’s own prize at the show

Dear Exhibitor,

We would like to thank you for your participation in the Central Alberta Wedding Expo, we are excited for another great show. You can help us spread the news by encouraging clients etc. to visit you at the show and join us on Facebook. We want this to be a successful show for you.

Our media partners are onboard Thanks to their trusted partnership, you can expect to see/hear our advertising in all of the following:

We are excited to offer over 30 booths with many great products, information, and services for our couples.

Every 10 x 10ft booth will include 3ft high black side drape and one 8ft black skirted table and one power outlet. If you require any other services for your booth, please contact Goodkey Show Services (877.726.2211) as soon as possible as there is a discount if you order prior to September 1st , 2022. A show package has been attached to the email as well.

Terms and conditions


  1. Booth cancellations must be done in writing and received 60 days prior to the show date. In the event of such cancellation the amount paid will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days from the date of the show. The Wedding & event shop/Central Alberta Wedding Expo reserves the right to re-rent any cancelled space.
  2. Every effort will be made to meet requested booth locations, subject to availability. The Wedding & Event Shop reserves the right to determine the final placement of any exhibitor in the show regardless of location requests. Booth locations will not be released until arrival.
  3. The Wedding & Event Shop agrees to provide the Exhibitor with a standard booth and side railings as required and provided prior to the move-in of the show.
  4. Signed contracts along with full payment are due no later than July 15th
  5. Only registered exhibitors are allowed to promote their products and services at this show. Outside and/or non-registered products and businesses are not permitted to be displayed, distributed, or marketed in any way in the show.
  6. The Wedding & Event Shop/Central Alberta Wedding Expo does not provide exhibitors with exclusivity to any one particular product or service unless specifically negotiated in writing through sponsorship.
  7. The Wedding & Event Shop reserves the right at any time to alter or remove exhibitors or any part thereof, including printed materials, product, signs, lights or sound, and to expel Exhibitors or their personnel if, in WES opinion, their conduct or presentation is objectionable to other Show participants.
  8. The exhibitor agrees to hold harmless The Wedding & Event Shop, Westerner Park, its agents, servants, staff, students, volunteers and sponsors, from and against any or all loss claims including accidents, theft, damage, injury or death regardless of action in relation to the activities arising from the production and promotion of the With This Ring…Bridal Gala.
  9. I agree to allow my name and products and/or images to be used in promotion relating to Central Alberta Wedding Expo without any compensation.
  10. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all federal and provincial laws regarding the collection of personal information, including but not limited to, abstaining from the sale, or sharing of personal information to a third party.
  11. Space contracted by the Exhibitor may not be sublet or re-sold without the prior written permission of The Wedding & Event Shop
  12. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopted by The Wedding & Event Shop, Westerner Park in the best interest of the Show and agrees that The Wedding & Event Shop shall have the final decision in adopting any rule or regulation deemed necessary prior to, during and after the Show.
  13. Exhibitor agrees to confine his presentation within the contracted space only, and within the maximum height set by the Show Rules and Regulations and to maintain staff in his booth space during Show hours.
  14. The Exhibitor is responsible for the placement and cost of insurance related to his participation in the Show listing The Wedding & Event Shop & Westerner Park as additionally insured. A copy is to be provided to The Wedding & Event Shop prior to move in. a minimum 2million liability insurance is required to participate on this show
  15. The Exhibitor agrees that no display may be dismantled, or goods removed during the entire run of the Show but must remain intact until after the show has completed on the last day. The Exhibitor also agrees to remove his exhibit, equipment, and display items from the Show building by the final move-out time limit, or in the event of failure to do so, the Exhibitor agrees to pay for such additional costs as may be incurred.
  16. The Wedding & Event Shop reserves the rights to reproduce all photographs, images and likenesses taken during the Show for future promotional purposes.

Parking passes are not included. All exhibitors are required to display their parking passes to get on Westerner Park grounds. Exhibitors may park on the north side of the building. Please watch for fire lanes & other restricted parking areas. There is a no tolerance policy at Westerner Park for placing flyers on vehicles etc.

Please use overhead door for move in located on the north side of the building. No shipments will be accepted by Westerner Park. Please bring all materials with you.

Move In and Move Out

  • Move in Saturday, January 28th 12:00pm—5:00pm
  • Sunday, January 29th 7:00am—9:00am

All booths must be set up by 10:00am Sunday, or your booth may be resold.

Move out Sunday, January 29th 4:00pm—6:00pm

Booth may not be taken down prior to show closing.
