• Review Vendor contracts
• One site directing of all services
• Design, theme and décor development
• Delivery of final payments to vendors (if necessary)
• Manage last minute details that arise unexpectedly
• Venue recommendations, meetings and negotiating
• Cultural background fusions
• Management of family issues
• Pick up and return of décor to vendor
• Placement of guest favors, seating charts, place cards, and guest book
• Lighting of candles
• Placement of wine and menus on tables
• Setup and décor and /or venue
• Take down of décor and/or venue
