How it works

FOR VENDORS and EXHIBITORS

Our Event is a different approach because we believe in QUALITY & TIME spent with potential customers, and therefore we set up our event as follows.

If you are a PREFERRED VENDOR, you will have the opportunity to sit down for 5 minutes and talk to 6 attendees. This could be brides too be, a couple or a combination of both, where you will be the expert talking about what you do.

During this event a bell will be present and when the bell rings this will signal it’s time for you to move to the next table, and repeat the same process, it’s like Speed Dating, let’s say in this case Speed Networking!

As a preferred vendor you can expect to be the only expert in your field to talk to at least half of the attendees in a 5 min span, you will also get a database of those attendees who shared their information with us and consented to its release.

5 tables are going to considered VIP tables so make sure you bring 30 small gifts for those tables to be added to the exclusive SWAG BAG they will receive; you will notice which tables are VIP at the event.

If you are an EXHIBITOR, you will have a 6ft table to showcase your products and services throughout the event but cannot sit at the round tables. This means you will be there in a tradeshow waiting for those potential clients to come and see you. During the event we will have a couple of breaks, here you will have the opportunity for couples to come and chat with you.

FASHION DESIGNERS: We love fashion and we have created a special place for you in our designers’ room, managed by TEGA Designs. This will be the place you can showcase 3 live models in a museum type of setting. When the attendees come by this will be your opportunity to chat about your creations.

Everyone will benefit from this event campaign and will be included in the planner booklet’s that will be given to our attendees. Your business details and information regarding your retail business will be handed directly to our clients.

Exhibitors and Fashion Designers WILL NOT get the database and are encouraged to collect information directly at their tables.

PRIZES We encourage you to provide either a VIP or REGULAR prize to be drawn during our event. The minimum value that we recommend are as follows:

  • $50.00 for regular prizes
  • $75.00 minimum from each vendor for the VIP’s swag bags

SILVER SPONSOR: Everything on the Bronze level + a 30 sec quick informercial about your business, added to our Marketing Campaign + 1 ad on Bridal Fantasy Magazine 2022 edition “Red Deer Weddings Section”.

GOLD SPONSOR: Everything on the Silver Package + On air Mentions of your business the week before the event+ Social Media posts dedicated to your business and advance Database access (if you are a preferred vendor) + ¼ Page Ad on Bridal Fantasy Magazine 2022 Edition on the “Red Deer Weddings” Section.

Terms and Conditions

1.- Cost of participation is NON-REFUNDABLE however if the event is cancelled/rescheduled due to any COVID19 restrictions the monies paid will be put towards the new date.

2.- Neither The Wedding and Event Shop, The Cambridge Hotel  nor any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability or liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause, and neither The Wedding and Event Shop Management nor the Hotel will obtain insurance against any such damage, loss, harm or injury.

3.- Under no circumstances any business is allowed to advertise or solicit business if it’s not a registered business for this event, you cannot sublet, share the space of exhibitors or preferred vendors or to distribute material of any unregistered business failure to do so may result in asking you to leave the event.

4.- You hereby agree that you will not share rent sell or disseminate any private information of the attendees, the database is given to you exclusively for your marketing purposes only.
